This is the worst company and customer service. Charged me this month and next month for rental when I had purchased and turned in my rental beginning of april. They told me i was getting charged because it takes them 7 days to verify the rental. On record it shows when I set up my new modem and turned in the old. After 4 reps later I'm getting charged rental for next month. Had to verify the serial number today almost a month later. And still getting charged. Finding a different company and not paying that charge even if I have to take it to court. Look elsewhere if you want a reasonable company and services to deal with.
Very convenient & helpful! Easy to use. It makes Looking at or Paying your bill Very simple! Havd never had a problem with it. Have used this app on Samsung Galaxy s5, s6 edge & s7 edge.

I have called several times about my bill and evertime someone tells me something different from ajusting my bill to speaking to a supervisor and no one called bk,I think someone need to check the recorded lines that they say they are recording,it's just sad
