This app is garbage. I put in my info then go to the next page and put it again, over and over a million times. The way it works with my back button is crazy annoying(it just closes the app). I can't actually change anything or fix anything. I pay for 200 mbps internet and every time I speed test I only have 30, so I come on here and try the reset my modem and everything else I can and nothing helps.
You won't allow me to do anything at all. You will not allow me to talk to an agent. You will not allow me to change my services from the application. You've increase my bills after getting a massive tax cut. Screw you Comcast. Screw your app. I hope you burn. You are absolutely worthless. This application is absolutely worthless. You're online and phone systems are absolutely laughable. No material design and a trashy entrance system they masks a web app. Very poor design for such a massive trasheap of a company. Do not recommend
No way to report outrage. Says service is working when out. Updated review...in past 6 months awful program went from one star to zero. Stays on in background and crashes every few minutes even when not running. This and the also broken Xfinity stream are reasons to cancel Comcast and get Dish.
The app is okay for general information about my account, but it's consistently inaccurate concerning my bill. I paid the amount due ($55.69) on my bill a week early (cleared), and the next week a "credit" was deducted $21.78 from my bank account into my Xfinity account that wasn't even the bill amount. A representative told me my account shows a $0 balance, but through this app it shows +$21.78. And the representative herself even told me that if I wanted a accurate bill amount each month, it's best to just call customer service.
Worst company ever.. They Do not care about the customer at all.. This app is terrible.. Nothing works and taking to some F@&k in India is not helpful at all.. The idea that I paid for this sickens me.. I will be canceling all my services.. THE WORST!
If you want to know about your account, need access to your account number for all the times your service is out and you need to call, see when your next payment is due and how much it is, this app is fine. For checking to see if there's an outage when your service stops working, it's completely useless. It tells you your TV, Internet, or Voice is connected even when they are not; when you drill down to your device, only then does it say the device isn't connected. How is that useful? And if you've done all the troubleshooting and it still doesn't work (or you know it's not you because none of your services are working), there's still no way to report an outage using the app, you need to call... so it's good the app has your account number, I suppose. Hey, Comcast - AT&T has fiber in my neighborhood! There's your sign.
