I love the ease of paying quickly and securely, however-IT TOOK MORE THAN 10 MINUTES JUST TO FIND THE BILL SECTION. ANOTHER 10 MINUTES TO DOWNLOAD BILL. AND, I could not find a way to see current charges. It was the hardest app. I've tried to use. I ended up going on line to find part of the info I needed. I couldn't find any current charges and it kept making me re-sign in, texting me numbers over & over! Then there's no option to communicate with xfinity by chatting there-only 2 options-call or go to Twitter and leave a comment. The whole reason I loaded the app was to avoid calling xfinity which always takes at least an hour plus. Shame on xfinity. Make this easier and more accessible.
App is pretty useful actually for tracking data usage and I like the idea of being able to restart your device in a way that formerly took a call to tech support. However, the last update resulted in the app crashing about 25% of the time when trying to load it. Fix this for 5 stars.
No longer shows scheduled maintenance. Just says you'll be working soon and to expect interruptions in services. It would be nice to know when and how long maintenance is expected to last. Why keep everyone in the dark? If it's maintenance then I would like to know,.. When and how long. You know, for those of us that work from home it would be nice when to expect our internet to go down. Do you want us to hate Comcast?
It's just as bad as their automated service. The only reason I keep it is so I don't have to talk to one of the idiots on the other end. I'm not saying all of them are idiots, but 9 times out of 10, that's what you'll get.
Kinda cool for the grand total of 5 things you can do with it... To bad the support help and customer service options are all just links to useless help guides. There is no way to actually report a problem.
Doesn't update to give you the correct balance on your bill. The customer service people are horrible when you call to ask what it's charging more then make accusatory statements that you refuses to pay the whole bill originally.
