App shows two modems but there is only one. Also it can't change the password or the SSID. Also at another time it tells me that there is an outage for both TV and Internet, but there is none. - - - Update : the phantom modem finally went away, but for the TV it shows a non-existent set top box I do not have. - - Update 2: Internet data usage only shows the current modem usage; the other modem usage disappeared from the total.
This app is garbage. I have several accounts with xfinity at different locations and it will only allow me to view one. They have the worst customer service of any company i have ever done business with in my entire life. If i was not under contract i would change companies. I am as soon as my contracts are over.
Used to work but now is useless waste of space. It logs me into my account but refuses to let me do anything this has been an ongoing problem for a good month or two. This was a great app but not being able to even to the most basic thing of letting me into my account then why even bother. What a waste.
Surprisingly Not Bad I hate Comcast just as much as the next guy, but this app is pretty dang useful. My only complaint is the name of the app appearing as "My Account" in the app drawer. Name it Xfinity please.
Ever since week of Xmas and the NEW Comcast webpage account look I haven't been able to control my wifi Xfinity hotspot like before. App does not open up the Xfinity wifi hotspot page anymore and I just get error message now. Please fix compatibility issue of new web interface and app controls. Gateway Arris tg1682g xb3 for X1 platform. have not been abkeFixed issues with app. Allows me to go in to all my comcast equipment and diagnose and trouble shoot X1 boxes, my router and modem and adjust wifi preferences. Love it!!! Good job. Can set up wifi router channels via phone, troubleshoot internet, voice, and cable all via this app. And view/pay my bill. But the technical assistance allows me to try and fix problems rather than bother with India...I mean Comcast.
This app was great!! I'm not sure what happened but now when I go into the app it tells me that I need to sign in and it redirects me to a webpage. So therefore I cannot get into the app. What a waste!!!
