Glad I dumbed them 2 years ago. I just saw a new add that Xfinity is doing, is to charge per gigabyte for internet usage. Wrong way to go, cause this was the reason I dumped Verizon to use unlimited on T Moblie. Now Verizon is copy-cat them, to try to get customers back. Never go with Xfinity, since they are charging per gig. This is how they rip people off, and try to upgrade, if you go over, or over charge you, and lie about the usage you use. Right now I go through Charter, which is cheaper, but if they also go that route, I'll be dumping them too. I hope many people read this, so they can go the opposite direction.
Fantastic! Xfinity is a giant corporation that really does provide some of the most advanced services. Simple and to the point, but you can access all you need to manage your account. Just the other day, after they shut off service because we forgot to pay, I made the payment over the app and within 10 seconds my TV and internet went back on! Happy customers over here :)
Useless. App just cycles you around to the same couple pages when you are looking for something else. This app, like everything associated with Comcast, is terrible. Where is the mighty Fed to break up the monopoly when you need them?
App is OK showed more issues than the overseas call centers saw, also easier to get to level 2 support. Unfortunately the service I have received the last 6 months is so beyond the pale. Had the house rewired 2 times, 4 modems and still could no fix the line issue on the poles. I am glad I have a new ISP that has so far provided service superior that xfinity could not. If you want intermittent connection with you internet stay with Comcast.
TV guide should only show what my channels are that I pay for. It should show me how you have my cable box and 2 adapters set up for which room vs me assigning them. For internet I have my own router & modem yet this app says nothing is installed. Yet I have to call and give you the Mac addresses of both in order for them to be allowed to work on your platform. The app really is useless.
Always had issues with xfinity and their service. App isn't any better. Crashes every time I need to use it for something other than to pay my bill. Just had my internet go out (Again) I go on to the app to see if my area has an outage, app crashes at least 7 times before I just give up. 0/10 Would change service providers in a heartbeat if I had more options where I live.
