App is pretty useful actually for tracking data usage and I like the idea of being able to restart your device in a way that formerly took a call to tech support. However, the last update resulted in the app crashing about 25% of the time when trying to load it. Fix this for 5 stars.
Kinda cool for the grand total of 5 things you can do with it... To bad the support help and customer service options are all just links to useless help guides. There is no way to actually report a problem.
Mostly very sleek and nice, but doesn't seem to do the important stuff like list work orders and service appointments. They keep telling me that it does, but nobody knows where or how. I guess they're just repeating what they've been told.
Too complicated for so little information. Also really annoying that I can't search for any of the Comcast apps in my phone but "Comcast" or "Xfinity". But I guess I have learned not to have any remotely high expectations for anything this company does.
Tried the improved app an still having the same problem. Say I'm logging in but they can't connect an that I need to log out. I guess this is better than the loop the app used to do. But still not an improvement an would still score this less than one star if I could...
The app says in one place that the devices are connected but in another place that they are not when the modem obviously cannot connect and has 2 flashing green lights. A system outage that is denied.
