It's great! Puts everything important I need into one reliable app. The only thing I wish they would add is Samsung Pay support, but other than that it is still very handy.
Interesting how your summary of app feedback says the app (and comcast) is great. But if you open detailed comments, everyone is frustrated with inaccurate data with the app. I type this while my TV and Internet have been down 3 out of the past 8 nights.
Only had this service for 3 months. I paid January bill i paid February bill. First bill was 80 something bucks. Second bill was 65 bucks. My app showed 0.00 for my balance. Now its March and my bill shows 129.11 and they are claimi h January bill was never paid. But my bank statement shows it was. Hmmm somethings not right and when i call i get a person who dont speak english and cant answer anything but it was declined or error.
App is passable, but does not have all options available like the web site. Would be nice if Comcast would give some sort of heads up as to when they would do "scheduled maintenance". Been without service for a few hours, and I heavily use the internet for my business.
My bills don't show up my service got shut off because the app isn't relaying info to me from the company and the company refuses to do anything to help even though it's their app and they admit that it's havin issues with payments and billing. Comcast Is the biggest joke ever I can't wait to get new services with a company that actually values my time and fixes their issues in a way to keep their customers happy. If i could I'd put 0 stars
App and service is only "ok"... the app let's me handle stuff like payment and restarting the modem/router. However the app is CONSTANTLY CRASHING! My service with xfinity is alright. I have 250mb and rarely get over 100mb actual speed. My service likes to intermittently drop out too... just long enough to stop the movie/music that I'm streaming or kick me from playing online. Xfinity for some reason doesn't see the outages or show my modem as having connection issues.
I love that I am able to troubleshoot my modem through this app! Barely took ten minutes from the time it went down, to getting it back on! Very easy!
