I have been trying to get my app setup for almost a month now, I have been back and forth with customer service and actually spoke to several technicians trying to resolve my issue. They seem to have no idea how to fix an app that they developed. They seem to have no tools to be able to troubleshoot and they rely on the common "reset/reinstall the app" technique and it isn't quite cutting it. There are serious problems with this app that they either chose to ignore or can't fix without serious change. I have seen some people have good results with this app, but it seems for the majority this app is flawed and is driving away customers. They seriously need to take a look at the app and make some changes. The specific problem I am having: I cannot seem to enter my first and last name in the register card area, the text field is not editable. I have a slight feeling they have some kind of sloppy redundancy check system that stops people from registering multiple accounts but it has back-fired, and they refuse to publicly acknowledge it.

Alec, apologies for the runaround you received. We have resolved the issue, however we do have to reset your account to update the backend of the app. If you can provide your username to email@example.com, we can get you reset. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Everytime I open the app it closes. It keeps running into problems. I've been trying to set it up since around a week and a half before Christmas. I've uninstalled reinstalled, restarted my phone and still it doesn't work. I'm on a Google pixel 2 XL. Running the most current version of Android. I just started this job and I don't have access to my card like I should and it's extremely frustrating. I can't get past the initial setup screen. I push the first setup button and it closes down.

Four star because there is always room for improvement, good job with this app. My only issue is with newer technology places are starting to require chips in the card. IF that can be done soon it would be an amazing benefit for security purposes and more places to use card! I love that it ran as a credit card because it allows us to rent cars with out actually using our credit cards. The main reason why I use this instead of my major credit cards is deposit are release way faster great job!!!!
