Since your update I can't deposit anything. I will tap on the screen and wait and nothing will happen. I have tried this several times. I have signed up to be let known when money was taken out it started than stopped. Please fix these problems or I will find another bank. I called the bank last month and they said they would fix it on the next update I waited and still I can't use some of the features. I am going to have to change my bank!!!!
Can't do transfers or deposits - the screen freezes. I've had this app when I had an iPhone and it works perfectly for iOS but it's terrible for Android. What use is it if I can't do my banking?
App freezes every time I try to make a deposit. And push notifications don't work. I think it's time to switch to a bank with better technology...
Old UI, needs a major revamp and also needs to make use of fingerprint senors, which almost all of our devices have now, for sign-in purposes. The iOS version of this app on my iPhone supports TouchID, so why doesn't Android support fingerprints? The iOS version also runs flawlessly while this Android version is pitiful. And push notifications are kind of useless. Yeah, the notifications come thru but they don't display any info other than the time and date and forces you to actually click on the banner which then opens the app. That's defeating the purpose of a push notification! Really bad app and thinking of switching 100% to my credit union and just closing this account completely after 15yrs of mediocre service. Comerica is trapped in the past, while every other lending institution is leading the way into the future of banking.
The app, when working, does it's purpose. But 70% of the time it does not. I click quick balance and it just loads. I login and it just loads. The app needs work. If bugs are fixed, I'll raise my review.
App freezes up every time I try to transfer funds between accounts. App is basically useless to me if I can't make transfers. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still doesn't work.
