Got a weird error using tap and pay saying it was declined and to transfer funds (it's a credit card and had ample funds, why on earth am I asked to transfer) then next the app tells me I need to update. I do so and then I'm told that I can't link my amex card, right after I've accepted another round of privacy invading permissions. Very disappointed.
Tap & pay used to work more doesn't. Two biggies there. Just read all the other negative comments, you've really broken tap & pay haven't you? Get to work people! STILL NO TAP & PAY, finger print works OK 4/11/17
I would have given this app 4 stars but with the new update I'm no longer allowed to use my tap and pay and that makes things very hard. So I think I'll uninstall it soon as that's the only thing I used the app for.
The pay by phone has been changed from pin to phone security sequence, without a way to disable it or change it back to pin. This is not secure enough. Anyone that can use my phone can how access my money. Not acceptable.
This is possibly the best banking app in the universe. I rate it so poorly because contactless pay is impossible because an add for Android pay keeps popping up everytime I tap my phone. I left the store red faced without my intended purchases! CBA feel free to contact me if you care...but I won't hold my breath.
Tap and pay is not working and hasnt been for some time, have now switched to android pay. Tap and pay says on eftpos machine " ERROR NO MATCHING AID CONTACTLESS 34" And then i switch instantly to android pay and same account same card works perfect. Get it together commbank and integrate a " Report a bug " section and u wont have qll these negative reviews because of tap and pay
