Pretty slick, except for. .... The tap and pay. Requiring a pin has slowed it down so much that i have just gone back to using my card. if i don't need a pin for my card why do i need it for my phone?
Great app but constant connection issues Constantly getting your transaction cannot be processed, please try again latter. To find out after retrying the first attempt has gone through and end up double paying! Extremely frustrating. Fix this critical error ASAP, if there has been an error the attempting transaction should not go through and be reversed!!!
Very good I use this all the time! No issues except I can never set up tap and pay. It gets to the last screen and then says activation failed, try again later. I've got a wallet phone case now that lets me carry my card in my phone so it's less of an issue, but I'd feel safest if I didn't need to carry it around with me when I go out! :)
Wifi timeout Almost every action on wifi must time out first attempt. Second attempt usually works. Does not have a problem when using gprs ever.
Pretty great app BUT... The account balance screen never refreshes. It stays stuck for days on the same amounts, even when you've spent money. It only changes if you transfer cash to another account, and that's not even guaranteed. Pretty annoying. Especially after that blackout the other day when NOTHING was working, and I tried to pay for something with my card, but it wouldn't work, and the app wouldn't work, and oy vey, what a cafuffle.
Doesn't show correct account balance You would think that as a bank one of the most basic functions of the app would be to show a funds balance, but it doesn't even do this correctly. It takes days for my balance in the accounts window to update to the correct balance. I have to go into transfer funds to see a correct balance. There is often major delays in logging in as well and I often get the error "Something went wrong. Please try again later". Pretty poor app.
