I can check my balance with or without logging into the Commerce Bank App. you also call your customer and ask them about a certain purchase because it looked suspicious and you wanted to know if what was you or not and if it was not you , you would temporarily freeze that account and replace the old debit card for a new one and have you to bring it into your local branch so they can destroy it I like that very much.

Easy to use, several great features. Very un-complicated. I love that! In addition to a super easy and convenient app, the bank itself is awesome and I can't recommend them highly enough. Yesterday, 2.26.26, someone "overseas" made a $2 charge, something I have never done before. They froze my account. I had some similar happen several years ago. I am nobody, I make very little, but they treat me, my account, and my money like I am the most important customer at the bank. I love that!!

Account balance is NEVER correct. You can make a regular debit purchase for $20 and itll take days to show it on your account. I understand credit taking days to show up, but never for a debit purchase. I have never dealt with a banking app this bad. You're better off keeping track of your purchases and account balance on a piece of paper. My account balance is always wrong, constantly shows more than what I have. Literally thinking about changing banks just because of this app
I am sorry that you're experiencing that. There are particular times when transactions are processed by merchants & when transfer requests are made after 7 PM they will post the next Business Day. Those can impact when Current Balance ("More Info" on your Account Activity screen). If you'd like to share more please give us a call at 844-782-7206.
