Ratings and reviews

Convenient, yet frustrating. If you do not spell the item you were looking for correctly, The app will say it does not have it. Items that you know are in store are not on the website. The prices online do not reflect the prices in store. Multiple times I think I am purchasing something on sale and it turns out that it is really full price. The app often logs me out or says the order cannot be updated. That requires uninstall and reinstall of the app.

Can't update cart. No Internet Connectivity. These are common errors that plague the app and webpage on all devices (phone, laptop, desktop) and result in literal hours trying to coerce the app to process a checkout. It's noticeably an issue when interacting with the cart as you can shop relatively pain free, but as soon as you open the cart, suddenly the connection is lost. It's so bizarre and it's the worst part in attempting to use the service.

When it works it's fine, which is rare. I fairly regularly have to reinstall the app to get it to load at all. The Browse function always seems to hang when I searched for anything and it'll just spin until I give up, same with coupons. I can't reset my password to get back into my account. I input my email, but the reset code never shows up. I have emails from the commissary in that email, so I know I'm using the right one.
