I can't clip any digital coupons. I get a message telling me to update my email and phone number. it is current and correct in the app. I've checked multiple times... just incase. also the search function is frustrating. I'll search "chips" and it will tell me " none found" but when I scroll i can see a ton of stuff with "chips" in the title. so it takes longer to find items and add to the cart. not real impressed but it is functional.. thats about it.

Terrible app. The search function does not work at all. Also, the app shows products that are in the store but I know for a fact the the product isn't in the store. If I trusted this app, I'd drive 20 miles to my commissary only to find out that the product isn't available. I'm removing this app from my smartphone indefinitely. I'll check back in about five years to see if it has improved.

giving it one extra star in that it is smoother than the mind-numbingly slow, glitchy, non-intuitive grinding miserable experience that is the Shop-2-Go online website. Just an anxiety-inducing headache of a process to search products, get them in the cart with like a 15 second load time with each and every click, pay is terrible charging 25% over the total as "provisional hold". Bonkers, painful top to bottom. Do better y'all.
