Convenient, yet frustrating. If you do not spell the item you were looking for correctly, The app will say it does not have it. Items that you know are in store are not on the website. The prices online do not reflect the prices in store. Multiple times I think I am purchasing something on sale and it turns out that it is really full price. The app often logs me out or says the order cannot be updated. That requires uninstall and reinstall of the app.

When it works it's fine, which is rare. I fairly regularly have to reinstall the app to get it to load at all. The Browse function always seems to hang when I searched for anything and it'll just spin until I give up, same with coupons. I can't reset my password to get back into my account. I input my email, but the reset code never shows up. I have emails from the commissary in that email, so I know I'm using the right one. Barely functional. Freezes all the time and takes forever to load anything when it does work. There is also no way to join the "loyalty" program so you can't clip coupons or use digital coupons at the store. In their infinite wisdom, DECA eliminated all the loyalty cards at the stores because they were planning on shifting to digital cards in a few years, but never bothered to setup the digital card sign up. A massive failure of an app and gross incompetence by DECA. Don't waste your time.
