This application is an extension for CommonOffice web application. The application is for CommonOffice clients who have purchased the Timesheet module. In order to use the application, Internet access is required.
This timesheet application will make it easier for users to check in, check out and record their time sheet entries. The application will assist the user in populating the fields for sending in their records. With the calendar page, users will have an easier time to keep track their records from anywhere. Users will also have the ability to set a reminder from the application to make sure they remember to check in, check out, or submit their timesheet.
Users will be able to send their check in and check out from this page. The application will assist the user in populating the project and tasks that the user is currently partaking in. Once the user has populated those fields, the user can complete their check in/out with a click of a button
Based on client practices, the application may be set in a timesheet form. So clients that are in timesheet will have this page rather than the check in and check out page. Similar to the check in and check out page, the application will assist the user in populating the fields. Once the fields have been filled out, the user can finish their entry by clicking the Send button.
Users can create an entry either from the navigation drawer or from this page. By swiping left and right, the users can see all their current and past records. By selecting an entry, they will be able to see the details of each record. Users will have an easier time to keep track of their attendance from anywhere.
