The app is worthless and i cant even use the app half the time cause its not maintained. The Company (community loan servicing) is an embarrasment to all the other loan servicing providers, and all the decent lenders across the nation they work for. They have told me lies over and over again. Ive been on forberence for almost a year now and its ending next month. They call and harass me nearly every day about "what im going to do when it ends and what program that im going to move forward with

Had many issues logging in. One thing I've noticed is having ( or not having ) a space after your ID creates a problem. Most times a keyboard stroke will naturally move the cursor over

Not very good. Won't install and did all the listed things to do if that happens. Strange an app that I must download for my mortgage and it just won't install
