In the years I've had this app there have been many updates. When I first downloaded, it was a nightmare. I would have to change my password weekly because it wouldn't register, it wouldn't let me see my funds or my statements and it was just a headache. In the last few year it has cleaned up really well. Little to no downfalls aside from the standard outage once in a while due to maintenance or such.

I was using this app with some success earlier this year. (It would lose checks i mobile deposited) App kept having problems so i reinstalled the app. Everytime i log in it asked for my number, i enter it, then once i hit submit, it kicks me out to the log in screen. Really frustrating as all i want from the app is my checking balance.

Neither the app nor the website give the account number. If a person doesn't have checks, this makes it very difficult to sign up for EFT payments or to have things deposited. I understood security, but that's why there's measures to even access the website or app to begin with. It is NOT on my bank statements as my statements are also electronic and only give the last few numbers of the account.
