Unimpressed with this "upgrade." Cannot set up security alerts for half of the selections. I get "⚠️Save Alert - Security Alert preference requires a target address." Wth does that even mean? You have my email and mailing address, phone number, and I'm logged into the app (AND browser). There is nowhere to set a so-called "target address" for any alerts. Who tested this? 🤦🏼‍♀️

Love the bank. Been a customer for over 30 years now. The staff may change but the way business is handled remains the same. Every customer is treated with respect.
