This review is about the app, not the store. Why people rate an app for a store rating and talking about their donuts is stupid. Go to Yelp or something. App is a basic rewards tracker. Little to no point to it since you can just use your phone number in store. I and anyone else I know have seen no offers for being loyal, just rewards points to be redeemed.

Spoke to both Ryan and Andy on the phone at different times. Both guys are extremely helpful. They were professional and courteous. For a very stressful situation, I found both guys to understand the moment and handle it with compassion.

It's not coming up. I restarted my phone and still hangs. Missed out on my reward because it wouldn't accept my number or my husband's. Or the system is down or somehow we are no longer in the system
