I love ordering from Chick N Max, but the app keeps getting stuck on the location screen. Usually I have to choose my location twice, but recently when I do that there's a long pause going to the order screen. And now I can't even complete an order because when I input payment information and submit it, it just sits there on a spinner screen.

The last two times I've tried to order my family food in this app, it hasn't let me. I have a family of six and I'm trying to hand you money. Spend has gone down in the past few months, mainly due to the closure of the Maize Road location. I might have to just switch to a new company...Here I am at the resturant because the app doesn't work. 🤦🏿‍♂️

I can't get the app to open up. It keeps giving me an update page, then when I put in my information it just says I am already a member, but won't let me into the app so I can get my points for the food I buy. VERY frustrating.
