The app needs a better way to track points! Or at least allow the customers to enter their own phone number. It has happen a few times already where I say I have the app, the cashier seems to enter my info, and I get no points. Not sure if this is user error or the app sucks. Either way, poor experience.

First! So far app works fine. Ordering is available only for some locations, I assume they'll integrate it down the line to other ones. Real easy to use. Glad to see a rewards system. I visit this place everytime I'm in LA (once a week), so this app is perfect. (Completely personal) I can't ask for onions and cilantro as sides on the app, though, which would really be a game changer. If they put onions and cilantro as purchase options and we can get portions... king taco would reign 👑 all.
