It's fine. Overall does what it's supposed to. I wish there were more editing tools available, and more notes abilities, and I don't like that since the last update there is no more haptic feedback when typing. For the first couple weeks post update (July 2025 for me), it would periodically wipe all my settings and I'd have to put them back in, but that seems to have stopped thankfully.

It does what it needs to do very well but I have two "drive me crazy" problems with it. 1) I absolutely hate the number wheel that I must use to change my target blood sugar. When going to the gym or physical therapy my target must be 160 or 180, otherwise it's 100. I abhor having to push through 60 or 80 numbers twice daily. I strongly suggest you change it so we can just insert the numbers please. 2) It keeps showing me a notification but I can't find it.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. The pen is fine but the app wasn't syncing with the pen. Instead of fixing it or disabling the Bluetooth portion they stopped all access to the app. I had all of my settings stored in there and I can't access it. I'm 25 weeks pregnant with type 1 diabetes and I have no idea what doses I need because of their incompetent programmers and thoughtless company.
