InfoOffice helps you find and archive documents. InfoOffice is a document management application for the existing installation of InfoOffice suites. You may need additional modules for your server installation.
Discover the "Search" function to access the documents you have archived. The documents are grouped by days.
• Find and open all archived documents
Would you like to access documents that you have purchased in certain containers? Select your container and start the search. Only the documents that relate to this container are displayed.
• Filter the search for documents based on a specific container
Do you want to access documents that contain a certain text? Enter the text and start the search. All documents containing this text will be displayed.
• Filter the search for documents based on a specific text
Would you like to define a date range in which to search for documents? Select this interval and the documents saved in this interval will be displayed
• Filter searches for documents based on a range of dates.
Discover the “Archive” function to archive documents immediately. You have the option of defining rights to the documents to be archived, selecting a container in which the document is to be stored and determining the document type (photo, PDF).
