I'm giving 5 star for the customer service. A couple times a had an issue with the washing machine or dryer not working after I paid. Contacted customer service by email, the answer was very quick, understood the issue and quickly processed the refund. Fast to respond and fast to refund my money. To that I give you 5 out of 5 stars. Great work I never used the app itself so I can give any reviews to that.

Such a pain to use this app. The bluetooth is on buy it still keeps showing bluetooth is off. then they have started that useless subscription Instant Book and its designed in a way that it tricks you to click on it everytime you open the app. that basically fraud by tricking customers to pay for subsctiption. pathetic experience.

Unfortunately I am forced to use this app in my apartment. This app is designed for greedy company landlords. There is no point using the booking system as the machines can be occupied during my slot. The machines are also marked as "available" when my cycle is not completed. This poorly made money grubbing dirty app has wasted my time and forced me to remove stranger's laundry immediately when they are done. This has caused doing laundry to become a stressful paranoid experience.
