Forced to use this for the laundromat in my new building, Ive never seen anyone in there, now I know why. I was unable to create an account. Customer service replied within 10 minutes, said they created one for me. I'm now unable to log in. The sms with the one-time password in case of a forgotten pin also never arrives.

Horrible app, landlord forced everyone to use this app. €3 to wash and €3 to dry EVERY time. Also, it keeps saying insufficient balance even though theres always €3 in there that I paid for and cant use. When you want to withdraw the fee is €2(!!!!!) and your pin. If you cant remember your pin you cant reset. DO NOT, NOT(!!!) DOWNLOAD THIS APP UNLESS YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE. JUST ONE BIG HEADACHE ALROUND.

Just when I thought this app couldn't get any worse. I had £5 in my balance, tried to withdraw it and they took £2 off me for "admin fee". Thieves!!! Then it says I will now get my THREE pounds not FIVE, in 5-10 working days!! Unbelievable!
