Update: I gave this app 5 stars prior. However, its happened and just like every other app out there, they ve been awful. I did a transaction, it was left pending for some reason. I tried twice, and each time I tried, they took money out my account, whilst the transaction was still pending. I ended up having to cancel this transaction but they wouldn't return my money. Worst part is, its almost impossible to get them on the phone. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

I have never been this stressed trying to send money. Asking for ID verification which the app can't even process. It had to take close to 16 hours, several emails and a call from me for it to be done. I can't recommend such an app especially when in an emergency situation as I was in. The app is an absolute NO for me

The worst app i have ever used, for the past weeks i can't upload my ID on the app by myself, I followed the instructions, they ask for a photo of maximum of 3MB, i did all the that. But still, this is what i get ( An error occurred while updating the entries see the inner exception for details) it really frustrating
