Update2: even worse! There's a block forcing you to update the app, but there's no update available Update: it's now even worse. App crashes on opening, won't let me past the email verification screen. This app is slow and unintuitive. Menu items are often incorrect or missing. The menu organization sucks. Payment works maybe 50% of the time. Loading the checkout page takes upwards of 10 seconds. The support team is hopeless. Oh and it's Compass so the food you get in the end is overpriced.

I have had some orders where the restaurant tells me that they didn't receive my order at all. Very inconvenient to have to wait after that when supposedly it's "ready for pickup". Even more annoying is the fact that this app just opens automatically sometimes when I'm doing COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THINGS! Sometimes, I'll simply unlock my phone (when I haven't even used boost for days) and I will see the Boost splash screen. Why on Earth is it loading up the app for no reason?! Feels very intrusive

My university switched from Tapingo to Boost & it was a mistake. Boost charges a convenience fee for using the app (which isn't written anywhere), while Tapingo never did. Besides that, Boost doesn't have the entire menu as they seem to claim -- they're missing about 1/3 of the menu from each of the restaurant choices. Also, as I found out yesterday (the 1st time I ever ordered through Boost), even if you select your food to be picked up at a future time, they make it right away & leave it there

What's new

Users on sites with multiple drop-off spots can view a list of spots and filter the food stations on the home screen by preferred location. At Checkout, the selected drop-off spot is pre-populated and users can switch between Pickup and Drop-off (when applicable). You can now browse stations without having to clear an existing basket first. We have improved barcode scanning speed and reliability.
Bug fixes include issues with check-in at Frictionless stores and updates to UI text labels.
