App doesn't even open. Tried multiple devices but it downloads then crashes each time attempting to open. Can't use the device Bluetooth for on the go and sharing of records and for record keeping. That was the big reason I got this thermometer. Device cannot connect to Bluetooth without the app so it's not a good device for that reason. The device itself is built with quality but the support of the device so far is nonexistent.

As of now, this App is useless. Can't change any settings, pair with bluetooth, manually or automaticaly, and allowed all permissions. Using Note 8. I'm sure they'll be fixed in the future but right now, don't waste your time. UPDATE 9/27:/18: Althogh the App is still glitchy and not completely functional with some mix of English and Chinese, my Comper Thermometer did finally pair and is working. Raising to 3*'s

I like it, but it could be more convenient. I use it with the touchless thermometer. The thermometer is great both as stand alone and with the app . It's nice to have a log for each family member and it works well as long as you have the lead time to pair your phone with the thermometer and a still patient. It would be nice to be able to make manual entries to update the log when the phone and thermometer arent in the same room or dont pair timely. The medication tracker isn't very good.
