Terrible app and costumer service. Sometimes the shoppers ask if you want to replace items but most of the time they don't and you end up paying way more for alternatives you didn't want, even if you set the app so the shopper doesn't replace anything. The payment procedure is also confusing and inconvenient for the costumer, you get charged before and after the order and sometimes it takes a while for them to refund your first payment. Complete disrespect of the costumer's time and money.

I've found this app very useful during this crisis though the billing method is hella confusing and you have to wait a few days for delivery due to the Covid-19 crisis. However, I find the website and app uncluttered and user-friendly. The shoppers are also punctual, pleasant and have delivered my groceries in good condition so far. More work needed on the billing and customer service response times but kudos for the essential service you're providing.

I'm really glad I found the app, been very helpful during the lockdown. Never had any major issues, if any product was missing you can mark them through the app and receive a refund. Shoppers were always friendly and careful. Keep improving, your service is great!
