Mediocre... sometimes it works OK with our Access, other times it is hit and miss. Sometimes when I connect there is white noise, sometimes it times out. I am not using this in registered SIP mode, too complicated to get set up. This is not a good replacement for a real codec like the Access Portable if you are using in a professional environment. As another reviewer has said, please add levels for the return audio feed - otherwise how do we even know if it is truly connected to the other end??

Works sometimes. Easy to connect once set up, but it has too many issues with retaining connection. Other phone functions seem to cause it to disconnect. It needs a more solid connection. It has a 60% no issue rate.
