I have called several times about this app. No one seems to know anything about it locally. The bill pay is ridiculous. It only shows some of my accounts. I paid 5 two days ago, but in the history section, it shows nothing this month. I am supposed to receive notifications by bill pay. Third day and no text. In order to see and pay everything, I have to go to their website. It's frustrating. I trust all their systems aren't antiquated.

The app is very basic and outdated. There are issues a lot. However, I live in a state that doesn't have a branch anymore. I have been with this credit union for probably 35 years. My father worked there and opened an account for me as a child, and I always kept it. The people at the main office and thenwindsor branch are extremely helpful to me when I call for help since I can't jist drove to a branch near me. PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE are a 10++, APP is a 3 at best. Just spend the $$ and update.

Try to open the app multiple times, kept sending me back to my home screen wouldn't even load. Call riverfront Branch they told me to reinstall it. Now it says it's not compatible with my device. I don't know what's going on now.It was plain simple to operate a very easy interface you can be in and out in a minute just to check your balance. They're building a new branch on riverfront I wish they'd put a ATM that accept cash deposits straight to the ATM for those that are out after hours.
