Ratings and reviews

I've been using eConceptual Radiology, and I find it very helpful during my residency. Some of the classes are in hinglish some actually worked well for me — it makes complex topics easier to understand. The focus is on concepts rather than rote memorization, and the case-based discussions really help build clinical reasoning and confidence as a resident

App has really great teachers. But the app itself is a big drawback. No option to logout and login to other device (ridiculous rules they have). Service center is the worst part and everything for them is wait for 10-15 working days but query never resolve. This app has one of the worst service centers. Wouldn't suggest the app to anybody with all these bloody restrictive rules and that kind of a service center. I wouldn't even give a single star to the app.

Good content and platform for orthopedic residents. But, the support team is not helpful or cooperative. Rules made for access to the app are way too harsh. You are only allowed to use one device, even if you log out and try another device you are not allowed to login. You have to make requests to change device from support team, that too you cannot do frequently. I asked support team to change my device, they denied to do so as I changed it 3 months back. I cannot access the app I paid for.
