Straight forward and simple to use. When paying with a bank account though, for some reason, after a day the app appears with a balance still due until it actually clears from your bank account. This is despite a confirmation E-mail having been sent for payment. This is misleading and I am aware it can take a few days to clear from my bank account, but the app should not show a balance due if a payment was made. Double paying is not fun. This is the only reason why im giving 4 stars.

The whole reason why I downloaded the app was to be able to send in meter readings quick and easy, but if you have an older meter it is NOT! Customers must manually enter the meter numbers instead of uploading a picture of the meter which ConEd allows one to do by email. Just allow customers the ability to upload a photo directly from the app. Not that hard folks...

I think it's ridiculous not being able to schedule a payment on the apps payment calendar after the due date. It's very inconvenient for the customer if they're on a fixed income, or for other reasons, won't have the funds available on the due date. Con Ed should be more courteous to the customers by allowing us this option. We shouldn't have to call, being you will charge us interest if the payments are not received by the due date whether we call or not.
