One of the worst app we have ever seen...made a payment in nov 22 for a year but showing coupon expired in July 23. When contacted they are saying to generate coupon again and again which is not happening..when we try to give feedback through the app it says can't give feedback contact administration such a pathetic experience.

Very unreliable, the entry suddenly vanishes one fine day and then the whole process to get approved again by school, which again takes a couple of days, and until then... Keep wondering when the bus will come. It was working fine till yesterday, and Today it's empty... And this is not the first time this has happened.

Any app has to be user friendly. This is most difficult app, OTP wont be received, then lot of processes. Dont know why schools are not getting a simpler way to track buses. This one is just not good enough.
