App really needs a lot of work!! Playback only lasts 30 seconds and notifications don't work. Had my cameras put in last week, had an unwanted visitor at my house last night, when I went to check the camera it would only playback 30 seconds so missed everything apart from the visitor walking up my drive. Engineer came out today, he's checked the Hard Drive and it's recorded everything fine and notification etc work fine when using laptop but nothing working on the app. Pretty useless app really

Not able to view playback after an event, every second of recored time before an event is playable then after and event it either skips to the next event or if that is the last event it says no video available. All is available to view directly on the dvr/NVR just not on the app!! What's the point in having cctv when you can't go back and view previously recorded data! Rubbish app Edit: latest update has corrected this issue

Always has been temperamental. Main problems now seem server related. There is now a huge lag and intermittent drops when using the app. Long live load times...up to 30s. PTZ movement control unusable. 2-way audio control not fit for purpose. This is supposed to be a premium product. PLEASE SORT IT OUT!!
