Totally worthless, I tried for three days to get connected. Doesn't recognize my cell phone number that is associated with Medical Alert. My cell phone number has been in the system for several years. Called and was on the phone with a very nice customer service representative for over half an hour and still couldn't get the app to work.

This worked at first but after a couple of weeks, it couldn't locate my mother's device. It has been reported numerous times but haven't heard from anyone about the issue. Was extremely excited that this service had an app to keep track of things but it is pretty much worthless at this point. Can't update caregiver info except for myself (and that feature was a main draw for us. Service is good but the app is worthless.

Poor Responsiveness to Fix App Location Info. Reviews complaining and reporting problems go back years. I been reporting issues with the app recently and speaking with Tech Support Supervisory staff. The issue of inaccurate location information or multiple devices appearing on the Android app have not been resolved. They are aware of them but I'm told the system that syncs data between their emergency system and the app is the problem. Just stop apologizing and fix it.
