Worst medical apparel ever used. It isn't an app but rather takes you to the website. In the patient portal, due to pop ups (like it not being able to detect location) you can't access the menu buttons. If you hit back, it takes you back to sign in page and not the main menu of the patient portal. You then have to log in again and start over. If the screen starts to go dark, and i try to tap again, it logs you out and makes you sign in again. It's extremely inconvenient and hard to use.

Had to get blood work done. Opened the app and opened the Lab Draw section. What little information that I was given was beyond useless. No operating hours are given. Further, whichever location I clicked on I was given the wrong address and given parking information for the main location. Was this tested? If there is an app that is next to useless, then it is next to this one.
