Well, app seems confused in calculation. After paying amount in full it displayed zero balance for some time,after next day it started displaying twice of utility bill as pending amount and was giving me option to lay this pending amount.When contacted customer service they said, its a credit amount (why the hell it was giving me option to pay this amount) and i should ask my leasing office, now just today, pending amount is again zero automatically. Not sure how safe my credit information is with this app because it seems app programmed at very downgraded level.
Apartment group removed their service request on the website and point you to this app. It wants you to describe your issue in detail. My issue is that if it's tied into the FirstBilling account, why can't I enter my service request on the FirstBilling site, using my computer which has a full keyboard and is much easier to type out a detailed description of my service request. Guess that makes me old...not wanting to spend my time trying to type into a phone/tablet.
Took me like 15 minutes to realize I could use my existing First Billing login for this. Overall, the concept is simple but the UI is very outdated.
This app NEVER even lets me in. Piece of garbage just like so many things about this place.
$17 dollar fee for using the app each time i pay rent is bull. Is there not another option?
