Apartment group removed their service request on the website and point you to this app. It wants you to describe your issue in detail. My issue is that if it's tied into the FirstBilling account, why can't I enter my service request on the FirstBilling site, using my computer which has a full keyboard and is much easier to type out a detailed description of my service request. Guess that makes me old...not wanting to spend my time trying to type into a phone/tablet.
This app NEVER even lets me in. Piece of garbage just like so many things about this place.
lol guys Stop whining, the app isn't even a bad app AND you *can* actually still use the website if you don't like it.
Deleting It No where does it notify you of what payment fees are until AFTER you pay. I tried the app because the ads I got for it offered free payments. When you actually pay it just says "fees vary based on payment method" but won't tell you what those fees are until after you hit submit. I can deal with fees but not if you try to hide them. It's shady business done in the hope people either don't notice or are too busy to do anything about it. Terrible business practice and I'm fairly sure, also an illegal one.
Onboarding is very poor Took me like 15 minutes to realize I could use my existing First Billing login for this. Overall, the concept is simple but the UI is very outdated.
