Planning papers are obsolete in 2019 ! Track your work time and duration, easily manage your schedule and roster, calculate the number of worked hours with iziTime. Simply enter each day your arrival, departure time, extra and overtime. Then save/export/print each week and month your timesheet (PDF report), print it with Google Cloud Print or export it to a spreadsheet like Excel or Sheets then modify it. The total worked duration is calculated automatically on weekly, monthly and annual reports. Save time by copying the hours of the previous week with only one click.

iziTime is flexible and manages several types of schedules, shifted work, and splitted work (day cut into two shifts with unpaid break between noon). iziTime takes into account night work, unpaid breaks who must be deducted from the total number of hours worked, and hourly rates (examples: hour paid 70% day for paramedics, Sunday paid 200%).

App is customizable, you can add notes and comments per day, manage your duty, modulation, days off, illness, holidays, kilometers and miled driven (for truck drivers), as well as the projects and customers you work for. This information can be displayed on printed reports.

Create a calendar / schedule (spreadsheet) for each of your jobs, associative jobs, projects, guard planning and duty... If you are the boss or manager of a team, you can easily manage the schedules of your employees, simply create them a planing per people. Your employees can send you their schedules and "vice-versa" (in CSV format).

Your data is stored only on your phone and the app works offline even without any internet connection. Do you use multiple devices ? iziTime is compatible with Dropbox, synchronize and share data between your different devices, Android and others...
