Please improve your App. It only has a few options on the first page (home page). Add more buttons on the first page to make it less confusing. Also add some more Retailers or is it Merchants to pay bills to (more options to pick from, eg I can't Bread of Life Church Int'l). And please it's annoying to have to keep logging in with the OTP password, every few seconds of leaving the App. Most annoying thing. It logs you out everytime you hit back button, no option for "exit" or "cancel".

Quite frustrating, the app has been working well until recently, when I am logged out, and each time I try, I am told that I don't have a secure connection. I've tried hotspotting, wifi, and data, and nothing works. I have cleared cache and re-download the app. To top it off, I can't seem to reach any MTN support center, whether on call online.

This app sucks! after downloading the app, I entered my number and then it sent me a pin to verify my number, the PIN was made of 6 digits but the input field can only contain 5 digits. so basically there's no way to access the app!!! that's a basic thing in every app, the input field to accept the right length. Come on guys!!!
