God Awful. I may well cancel my subscription because of all the forced stops. It's also not tracking my text messages or phone calls. Galaxy S7 on Rogers Canada, everything is up to date. Guys for $45 Canadian a month can't you do an Android App? Google provides all the APIs and all you need to do is pull your database information!
Great idea terrible execution Doesn't sync text messages or calls at the moment. Crashes all the time and is very slow. Like the online version but the mobile version really stinks.
I too have also recently been getting the forced stopped messages on my Galaxy S7. I'm attending a contactually webinar tomorrow, hopefully there's some substantial updates on the app. I would also like the ability to be able to edit a contact within the app as well as. You make these improvements along with the stability issues and all update my stars
Wake up!! Really skeptical of buying the cloud based portal after seeing this absolute negligence of technology by devs on the mobile app. Not purchasing untill changes are made. Time to update and revert!!
The app stops working almost every day. I love the computer version and it is very valuable to my business. Please improve the app. I want to use my phone more to make sure I do my daily follow up.
Pros: Dashboard and contact records are well done with direct links to phone, email, and text from contact. Contact history is shown in app. Ability to sync phone contacts is nice. Cons: Very slow to load and sync, no way to edit contacts in app.
