Leaves you wanting The concept of this app is useful and has potential to be something great but in actuality, it currently disappoints on most fronts. To name a few: this app is dial-up slow when loading anything, most videos will not playback within the browser, it constantly crashes for no reason, when you restart your phone you'll lose all the tabs you had open, and it isn't optimized for many major websites including Gmail. It does filter content well, but do not download unless you are exceptionally patient person.
They Will Leave You Stranded! After 3 weeks of trying to troubleshoot over email, they cannot fix the issue of Google Chrome not being able to be blocked on our Android devices. They won't refund after 14 days and the biggest issue is that they do not have phone tech support. So like in my case, if you don't always have time to email and it is a more complex issue, then you are screwed. Terrible tech support system and I recommend checking out a different blocker app, especialy if you have a Galaxy Note 4 or a LG Tablet.
Vastly improved I tried Netnanny when it first came out for Android a few years ago and it was awful. I quickly uninstalled. But after trying the latest version on my Samsung S5, I'm very impressed. Head and shoulders above anything else out there.
There's got to be something better Don't install this on your Android. I did as administrator to monitor kids while on the go. Every link or app requires to sign in again and now I can't Uninstall even though I've used desktop to deactivate. Now my phone is worthless...all because of netnanny.
It lock out all app. It slows down any machine so much that it will time out before it links and won't load up dates the video made by the CEO is a lie.
More harm than good Sure it filters inappropriate content but at the cost of: Web browsing entirely, installing apps, running apps, watching videos, online freedom, social network, playing games, chatting with friends, accessing certain parts of your phone like settings and ram usage, phone overall slowing down and lagging, the constant feeling of being stalked, all calls and messages tracked, intrusion of privacy, the stupid pop up at innocent websites, making phone a Nokia 3310. Peace of mind? Go f yourself.
