I've shopped off and on through wish com for many many yearsm I e always received what I order in a timely manner. Usually the item is exactly as described and pictured. I would recommend wish to everyone. One thing that I do have an issue with is the shipping fees/cost. On some items, it's way way too high. Is there any way to lower the shipping cost? I am happy though with my purchases.

You can find some great things on this app. However you have to be cautious. A few things are not what they seem in the description or photos. Then you have a few items where they list the reviews on them and is clear the reviews were meant for a different item. Price for shipping is ridiculous! I have ordered the same item using a different site and it was cheaper and received the item quicker.

Wish really has come around in the last couple of years. They're shipping costs have come way down. There's less and less "cheap stuff" that I receive an end up being disappointed in. When I am disappointed in something or if it gets lost in the mail wish has granted me a refund every time. They are trying to get better all the time and you can tell. And lastly they don't bombard you with ads in the app.
