CFC Mobile Access gives you secure access to your account anytime, anywhere, so you can check your balance, make a payment, and pay bills on the go. Additional features include:

· Report your card as Lost or Stolen,

· Access your monthly statement up to five days earlier,

· Access your Cardholder Agreement, or

· Add an authorized user to your account.

Ratings and reviews

Good customer service. I have never had any issues with calling or resolving issues. Decent credit line. I'm not sure what the limit of the card is . Mine is 1500, so it's pretty good. Only hjad one credit raise, so I can't comment on how they do it or when, but overall it a decent card with good customer service. They resolve issues fairly quickly. Always get reminders on my payments. App is pretty easy to navigate . I give it 5 cause never had issues.

Even after you activate your card, it still shows that they are processing your new card (stage 1). Even their website shows the same information as this app. You can't see your balance or make a payment. They need to seriously fix this app. From reading the other reviews, it looks like they want you to pay by phone so they charge you a $10 processing fee. Having to wait 8 days after making a payment in order to use your card again is ridiculous.

Just got this card and it's been declined twice for normal everyday purchases like gas while other things have gone through. Chip part ineffective. The app doesn't show an accurate, updated amount on my balance. There is only a number to call for customer service, hopefully I'll be able to understand them as I'm often not able to understand customer service representatives. I'd rather email or chat but there is no option for that if you have questions. Also very little information in the FAQ's.
