Question about ticket Any way to move a month pass onto the app. I bought one, but none of the busses will accept it without the "running clock" feature
App constantly has problems loading up. Should go back to the old way of getting tickets. GENFARE get iy together New Mexico taxpayers are paying for you to get it right.
Doesn't tell you active the ticket the day you need it. I was looking for the calendar to pick the date I needed the pass for. Very confusing and nothing explains that.
Worked nicely Bought tickets in advance. Activated them day of trip. No problems.
The app works okay, but it does not make it clear that you shouldn't activate your ticket until the day you need it. I wasted $3 making that mistake. A short tutorial would be a nice-to-have. From a technical standpoint, I would like to see the developers allow this app to be moved to an SD card. It currently doesn't allow this.
No way to get a refund The price for a one way pass is the same for a day pass but if you mistakenly purchase a one way instead if a day pass there is no way to get a refund and redo the purchase. This needs to be addressed in this app.
