Food fresh and good, but service leads to unnecessary waste. After recent app update, the confusing dial-style time selector caused me to order for 12:10am instead of 12:10pm. I couldn’t collect the food as workplace opens later, and although I canceled, it was already prepared and non-refundable. Fresh food discarded due to a simple UI mistake, which is frustrating and wasteful. Food wastage is a sin and I won't support such a sinful empire. Gd that it's withdrawing fr my co. due to poor sales.

it's good, I love the design of the holder, the cold pressed drinks are great, especially the Mochis they have, I love them, just my Nasi Lemak is a little underwhelming (edit, the scramble eggs are paper tin, the otah is smaller than my finger, and a lot of rice, the rice is very good tho.)

So disappointed on my 2nd renewal on prime member, don't even have first item free and free drinks/desert. Not going for my 3rd renewal anymore...After that no update from the support and also no more providing paper bags, so I stop using it anymore.
