Same problems as everyone else. It's ugly, poorly designed, and doesn't work. Once I found the appropriate path (which just opens a web page), I jumped all the hoops, waited until the meter reached 100% and then watched it for 10 minutes with no indication of what to do next. No success. No failure. No email. Just frozen at 100%.
No problems submitting via app Just got done not even a minute ago. No issues what so ever. It was easy. No issues uploading the pictures. No issues with filling out the form. After reading the reviews, it took me a few minutes to figure out it was easier than people said. Once I just followed the app's prompts, it took me about 3 minutes to complete all the steps, take the pics, etc.
Pointless The app doesn't allow you to submit a rebate...only links you to a Web page. I filled out the info and uploaded the necessary docs but never could get anything to submit from a mobile device. Will probably just print and mail my info instead to avoid this hassle. Also rebates noted online were less than those stated on the flyer from my Dr.
I would give it a zero if I could. And the website isn't any better. Entered my serial number as directed, app wouldn't print mail in form, tried to go back to my original typed information to tty again but it had vanished, and now my serial number "is no longer eligible."
Don't waste your time Ok, I get that rebates are supposed to be a little annoying to process in the hope that most people will forget to do it, but when you incentivize people to download an app that absolutely sucks, that's absolute bovine scatology.
Joke You cannot submit a rebate like the app claimed. It takes you to a website. What a joke. I hope this did not cost me my rebate since it will be late submitting it through snail mail.
