trying to log in but the app just goes on about notifications and what store do I want to use and then says there's an error and I should try later. keep it simple response to developer - don't believe this - using Tim network and SIM in Verbania Intra. maybe your app doesn't like my Google address being in Switzerland, but that's something else and really very silly - who are you urgently trying to block here? - or looking at the other comments maybe it just doesn't work anyway

The app doesn't work anymore. It showes error: La connessione è stata persa. I cannot see my loyalty card or receipts anymore. It was working good just for few weeks. I tried to reinstalled it, log out, changed password, restart phone, tried different wifi connection and data but nothing works. It's a pity as it was very useful

Useless. As already noted by some other users, the app returns the error «Errore durante il caricamento dei Termini e condizioni d'uso« after accepting the terms and setting the preferred shop. The answer from the support service also seems useless since it looks like the indicated contact should be found within the app... which I can't access.

Da ora sono compatibili Android 10 e iOS 18 o successivi; le versioni precedenti non sono più supportate e il corretto funzionamento non è garantito, perché obsolete e prive di aggiornamenti di sicurezza.
