How Minnesota Whist works
Each round begins with a bid card that decides whether the hand is played High or Low.
In a High round, your partnership aims to win more tricks. In a Low round, your partnership aims to avoid tricks. There are no trumps, so players must follow suit where possible, and the highest card in the led suit wins the trick.
Play to 7 or 13 points, choose your scoring options, and practice Minnesota Whist whenever you like.
Play Minnesota Whist offline with High/Low bids, no trumps, stats and replays.

Great game! Play this all the time with family during deer hunting, surprised there is an app just like the way Grandpa plays it. Some cool features that could be added would being able to see what everyone was dealt after the hand. Also an online feature would be sweet if there was more players out there. But the game is good, seems like the AI even reads my invites that I either sluff or start with, the ai also sends invites. I'm surprised by this really thoughtful feature! Virtually no Ads!!

I was glad to find a version of the game I played when I was younger. I will be taking advantage of the pay to remove option. I did find that, even with "one touch" play disabled, the cards are close together at the start of a hand and quite touchy causing me to play the wrong card. Changing the setting to display cards in two rows helped. The game I learned had a "no ace, no face, no play" rule that seems to be missing from this version.

Enjoyable. Reminds me of playing as a family. I believe programming could be tweaked a tad bit more on the hard level. When playing low, the insightfulness of "grand" programming is nor there. During Grand play, system should recognize grander is shirt suited and change play to stiffle grander more instead of quickly allowing to gain control again. I have not seen other versions of this game and appreciate this one.
