Doesn't work with latest version of Android! I am leaving you for Swift Cars. I have been a customer of Atlas for a number of years, but for the last 18 months I have been telling you that your App doesn’t work. I have emailed you. I have phoned you. I have told your drivers. I have emailed Cordic who designed the software. No result. No replies. No change! So I have downloaded the programme that Cordic wrote for Swift. It works fine. I have placed a booking easily and will use that company in future. You have lost my business because of your inefficiency with technology, and your lack of customer service.

The worst taxi company in history. We ordered a taxi to take us to the vet..( we been charged extra for the cat)First the taxi driver waited for us in a place convenient to him not us. We spent about fifteen minutes waiting for him. There was definitely a communication barrier as we couldn't understand a word from him. after a quick journey to the vet. He decided to charge us £5 more from our fifteen pound journey. Which was ridiculous when the driver waited a the wrong place. Never going to use this company again. Crappy company.
