Ratings and reviews

Tried to use this for a pre-booked taxi into Edinburgh. Nowhere during the booking process did it say you didn't actually get a booking for that time specified. If this had been for a flight, you could miss your connection, so don't use them. Called the number for assistance 10minutes after taxi was due, was assured initially that there would be someone within 15-20 minutes if not sooner. You guessed it, nothing. so called again, when they fessed that the booking is meaningless. Don't use.

Shocked by my first experience with this app. I booked a trip the night before and a few minutes after the requested time, still no information on when or if I would be picked up. I called and they said they were looking for a driver? What is the point? I was paying for a ride from Central Edinburgh and made the booking the night before to ensure I would not be late on the morning. Uber guarantees this and does a great service so it's a pity I have to keep using them instead.

As stated in previous review, there is no point booking a taxi for a specific time. They don't actually reserve a car. It got to the time specified and there were no cars available, 20 minutes later still nothing so I gave up and used Uber. Pretty useless.
